How to Look Up Court/Arrest Records

It’s not something anyone likes to talk about, but sometimes men don’t come home all night.  Sometimes they’ve just been out boozing with the boys, and sometimes you need to know how to look up court/arrest records to find the real reason his brother had to bail him out of jail.

The favorite phrase used to explain infidelity is, “She meant nothing to me.”  The jury is out on whether this is better or worse.

Some women can forgive an act that had to with sex and not emotion.  Some women find it harder to understand why a man would break his marriage vows for an act without meaning.

However, there is no question that when that cheating involves an illegal act, whether he “cared” about her or not, that it is a serious problem.

Men and women do get arrested for acts that, while technically criminal, can be classified under the heading “mostly harmless”.  Some just file this away as something to bring up when most likely to embarrass them, but not indicative of a serious problem.

When He Won’t Offer an Explanation of his Court Date

The first clue that it is something more is a refusal to explain at all, and more anger than embarrassment over any questioning.  That’s when it’s time to start finding out how to get the answers yourself, especially if this happens more than once.

If the court record shows that he was arrested for swimming naked in a public fountain, it may be time to talk about cutting back on the alcohol.  If your efforts at learning how to look up court/arrest records show something entirely different, both the marriage and your health are at risk.
